A total of 140 hours, including almost 100 hours of practical exercises with the horses.

Phase I: Self-awareness, intuition, wisdom.

A practical learning of mindfulnessand mindfulness techniques with the horses. How to use and exercise intuition, discover   the wisdom of your body with horses.

Phase II: Emotions, understanding their message to become the leader of your life

The Eponaquest approach (c) and themessage of emotions. The different forms ofleadership. Understand, use and set up sessions with horses using the message of emotions.

Phase III: Learn the basics of mediation  and horse riding in relation to horses

Relationship, mirror, the basics to understand and practice equine mediation, with typical sessions to experiment with mediations and personal development accompanied by horses.

This session can, under certain conditions, benefit from funding.

Phase IV: Abundance, Sovereignty and Inner Wealth.

Like horses, get in motion and move forward! Access the authentic self and financial autonomy with an activity that resembles us. Practical exercises to develop your leadership, get moving and act authentically in your life.

THE INTEGRATED COURSE OVER 12 MONTHS:

3 250.00 € tax incl.

Understanding4 three-day sessionspractical exercises with horses in selected equestrian places, in connection with horses and nature, 

apersonalized supportwithfour individual interviews with personalized support  two hours each

and twelve followed by videoconference :one follow-up per month  for one year.

6 people maximum per support session.
